Loved the rooftop pool, but elevator was slow during busy hours.

I loved the chic decoration and the comfortable Deluxe Room with River View. Staff greeted me with smiles all around, making me feel welcomed. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great mix of both Western and Thai options. Fresh tropical fruits and a congee station made mornings delightful. The ferry service to Sathorn and ICON Siam was convenient, although the hourly schedule could be improved. The hotel had a boutique and a delightful chocolate shop which I enjoyed. However, the access road next to a sewer was off-putting. I faced a $500 deposit hold on my credit card, which felt excessive. An explanation of activities at check-in would have helped—like knowing I needed to book the Thai dress photoshoot a day in advance. Despite these issues, the hotel overall provided a comfortable stay.

The dining scene here is a gem! Breakfast is a stunning spread, with every bite tantalizing your taste buds. Plus, you've got fab options nearby like Chef Jack Steak & More for a hearty meal and Kurissara Thai for authentic Thai flavors. The hotel’s serenity and the sparkling pool are the cherry on top!

While the rooms are cozy with stunning views, they're a tad exposed to neighbors if curtains are up. And I encountered a bit of a hiccup with service. it felt like a busy bazaar instead of high-end hospitality.

Staying here was a great experience during our family trip. We loved the prime location by the river, which made it easy to catch the shuttle boats to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay, and we enjoyed the pool and the cleanliness of our room with a lovely view. The breakfast spread, while focused mostly on Japanese and Asian cuisines, had some excellent options that fit our tastes.

The views of the Chao Phraya River from our room were absolutely stunning! 🌅 The staff was warm, especially Mark at reception. Breakfast was delicious but crowded due to an event. Perfect for couples!

The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok offers a charming, cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor, including spacious public areas that are easy to navigate. The view of the Chao Phraya river from my room was simply breathtaking.

More frequent shuttle boat service would be helpful.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated with large windows that offered stunning views, and we loved the comfy seating area perfect for unwinding in the evening. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic buffet that had something for everyone, including delicious coffee! The sparkling pool area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Some rooms might feel a bit exposed without curtains.

great stay but minor check-in wait

The staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Donny went out of his way to ensure an early check-in while we refreshed in the spa area. Breakfast offered a delightful variety with special halal dishes, which made our family feel taken care of.

We did have to wait a while for our room, which was slightly inconvenient.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and ideal for both kids and adults, and the hydrotherapy pool was a fantastic perk during my stay. We enjoyed the easy river boat access to nearby shopping and attractions which made our trip perfect.
